• Tuesday 11am - 2pm
• Wednesday 11am - 12pm

More people are spending more time on Instagram, which has opened up a larger window of the optimum time to post, with all weekdays showing a peak between 11am and 12pm.

Facebook - best days and times to post

Facebook's window of best times to post has also increased. Posts after 5pm and on weekends are seeing significant decreases in engagement.

LinkedIn typically has a density of engagement between Tuesday and Thursday, between the hours of 9am and 12pm. Again, weekends show a large reduction in activity.

Usage patterns for Twitter have remained largely similar, with just a subtle change to Friday activity, which now peaks at 9am. Tuesdays and Thursday, particularly between 9am and 11am work well, and Wednesday shows the broadest period of higher-levels of engagement between 9am and 3pm.

• Monday - Friday 6am - 10am
• Monday - Friday 7pm - 11pm

TikTok's usage has continued to increase post April 2020. According to the 2021 TikTok marketing statistics by Oberlo, 90% of TikTok users access the app on a daily basis. This opens up a large window to get your message in front of people. In general, though, it's best to post on TikTok in the morning and after work hours
